Education: Sunday School

Children and Youth Ministries

We are very excited about the ministry offerings at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church.  The mission of OSLC is to Welcome, Worship, Equip and Send.  Our programs are designed to support this goal of the church while encouraging family involvement because Christian education is a partnership between the home and the congregation.

The numerous faith-building opportunities explained in this ministry  booklet were created to let children learn about God and the Bible in a creative and meaningful manner.  Ministries continue to grow because of the dedication and commitment of many adult volunteers working in concert with our staff.  Together we strive to provide an active and engaging learning environment.  We are proud of the opportunities that our church offers for its children and teens.

We look forward to your participation in the programs that best fit the needs of your child(ren) and your family.

Sunday School

Sunday School is held each Sunday from 9:30am to 10:25am. Classes will not be held on Nov. 28, Dec. 19, Dec. 26, Mar. 13 or April 24.

For more information on specific offerings for your child, please download our Registration and Information Booklet (on the left side of this page)

Do Faith

Families will gather together each Wednesday evening from 5:15-6pm to DO Faith.  Our mission is to meet parents and children together in the promises made in Baptism, where we commit to teaching our children the faith, and helping them learn to be a disciple of God.  Families will learn a new faith practice and story from the Bible as they gather around their own “home altar.”  These faith practices, along with altar cloths and other components of the “home altar” will travel home with families for use during the week.  If you long to pass on your faith to your children, but have struggled for how to do so, this is a great ministry to join this fall!
